Believe me, I like *many* game soundtracks and there's always some new music to discover everyday but this one has really got me bad. This midi rip doesn't sound exactely like on a Soundblaster card but it's close. If you haven't heard it, go download cause I think you'll enjoy it. Since this is my favourite soundtrack I can't possible give it anything else than the best rating, can I? :) - "Medieval" (by pelya, 6 Jul 2005) [10/10] Music is very fit to the game - dark dungeons, stone passages, gargoyles and crossbow in the hands. Many tunes are both dark and fast-paced - combination I've seen only in shooter games. Overall music is not distressing or annoying, but grim. - "Monumental" (by pinkiepie, 25 Feb 2015) [10/10] Well from what I gather, this is a highly influential soundtrack. This came out in like 92 or something? Metroid Prime 2 soundtrack is very similar in style to this. (Mp2 came out in like, 2004 I think?) Heretic is a satanic fps, metroid prime 2 is about light, luminoth of aether, dark samus is similar to satan, Lucifer is the angel of light, similar style of music. Lots of 2000's era nintendo games soundtracks are influenced on old dos music. - "throback" (by Chaz, 7 Jun 2023) [9/10] back to the dark garagge at midnight...hours in the game. *** Other music records from this game *** Game rip [8/10] Game rip [8/10] *** More info about Kevin Schilder *** Original game music from Kevin Schilder: Cyclones: Game rip [8/10] [1995] Heretic: Game rip [8/10] [1994] Hexen: Game rip [1995] Hexen 2: Game rip [31 Aug 1997] Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force: Game rip [16 Sep 2000] Take no Prisoners: Game rip [1997] Heretic: Game rip [8/10] [1994] Hexen: Game rip [1995] Black Crypt: Game rip (Amiga) [1992] Necrodome: Game rip (Dos) [1995] Cyclones: Game rip (Dos) [1995] Heretic: Game rip (Dos) [1994] Hexen 2: Game rip (Dos) [31 Aug 1997] Hexen: Game rip (Dos) [1995] Take no Prisoners: Game rip (Dos) [1997] Hexen 2: Portal of Praevus: Game rip (Dos) [1998] MageSlayer: Game rip (Win) [30 Sep 1997] Games which composed Kevin Schilder music in: (if there is platform in the parenthesis, it means the composer composed or ported the music for this platform) - Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force - Heretic 2 - Black Crypt (Amiga) - Necrodome (PC Windows) - Cyclones (PC Dos) - Heretic (PC Dos) - Hexen 2 (PC Windows) - Hexen - Take no Prisoners - MageSlayer (PC Windows) - Hexen 2: Portal of Praevus - Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force Expansion Pack (PC Windows) *** Record info *** Record created/updated: 10.
