  • "Versatile" (by Powershoes, 18 Nov 2002) [9/10]
The Lemmings soundtrack is, needless to say, very cute. ^_^ Some songs are really enjoyable to kill Lemmings to, as to the almost monotonous happiness in each composition.

Ahem :) As for the variants for each game, the ideas stay the same. The game lacks in sound quite a bit in the console versions, with the cheesy samples and poor use of effects :S, but the original makes an INSANE use of AdLib... It's truly amazing to listen to the instrumental variations and complexities.

  • "This is the Lemmings music?" (by Telcontar, 20 Dec 2002) [2/10]
There's some great music on this site, but this particular item, the Lemings music game rip as MOD, falls very short. Claiming to be a game rip, it's really a motley bunch of files, including some strange effort at assembling the tunes all as one MOD. There are two files (one is actually complete, the other is only the beginning) of pretty decent remakes of the music in a conventional format, but what I'd like to see is the entire soundtrack in this form.

  • "Aint bad" (by Dr. Spa, 13 Mar 2004) [6/10]
this contains some nice tunes. 'Tim 2' is my faveorite but the others I think are bad. I think only people who have the game should download these

Tim 2 is nice romance melody so be careful, my fish (mac and apple) after listening to it look like this: '} o{'

  • "Yay For Lemmings" (by Anorak99, 26 May 2006) [10/10]
Lemmings was my world. <3 I think I'm just going to 10 this rip.

  • "Poor little lemmings" (by Tepe, 11 Jun 2006) [7/10]
Good tunes to playing lemmings not so good without playing

  • "Disappointing" (by asterisk, 18 Jul 2006) [2/10]
The track entitled "Maxime Abbey - Lemmings - Level 7" was the tune I was looking for, but not the version, though I realize this is remixed/arranged, still... not so good. The other tracks are pretty awful.

  • "Eeeeek" (by Butterfist, 31 Jul 2006) [2/10]
I wish they would have labeled this as mostly remixes. Not that great.

  • "Lemmings, the .mid files- what inspired them?" (by bunrotha, 27 Jul 2007) [9/10]
OK, I downloaded, waded in nostalgia, and then I wondered: what tracks inspired all this lot?

I can hear traditional nursery rhymes and campfire songs, the can-can, various bits of classical music and what I think is China Crisis' "Wishful Thinking" in there. Anybody with more musical ears care to take a guess at the rest, and put me out of everyone's misery please?

Aah, timewasting at work in the early 90's.

  • "Lemmings.MOD" (by Berserkz0r, 25 Dec 2007) [10/10]
Lemmings.MOD sounds almost exactly like the music from the Acorn Archimedes version.. is it from this version? I've been looking for something like this because I think the Archimedes had the best music of all!
