- "Very good quality midis" (by quackbal, 16 May 2004) [8/10]
All MIDIs here are good quality, I'm quite impressed and I fully recommend these.
- "Great quality" (by Demoras, 4 Aug 2004) [9/10]
The MIDI's are of great quality. I haven't noticed strange notes that spring out yet. Great use of instruments. Takes me right back to the time I used to play it a lot.
- "FINALY!" (by {Sonic}SONIC clan(TEAM)leader, 2 Sep 2004) [10/10]
FINALY!!!! I have found duke3D music I don't know about other people but I like the music and I want to say THANKS for helping!!
- "Uhh..." (by animoL, 26 Sep 2004) [10/10]
Yeah, since it is a game rip the quality must be high unless our mid sequencers are different from the ones we had when we played duke3d the first time. d;
- "Great great" (by Delfrod, 25 Nov 2004) [10/10]
Now this brings some good memories! And excellent quality too.
- "really nice one" (by zomg111, 3 Nov 2006) [9/10]
i must agree with other reviewers. really nice tunes, varied and good memories about hours of game fun also like 3 years fun on multiplayer.
luckily i still got an awe64 running in my second comp :)
- "What should i say :)" (by Verbatim, 14 Sep 2008) [10/10]
Again a Masterpiece from the Masters Bobby (Robert) Prince & Lee Jackson.
With partial rocked Songs and the deep mystic ones from Bobby Prince, which would fit in the Doom Game also.
The sequenced quality of Midi Files are excellent ;)
And should be played with a good Synthesizer like a XG compatible Tonegenerator, Keyboard, Soundcard like Yamaha Devices :)
- "thank thank thank YOU!" (by damage effect, 9 Mar 2009) [10/10]
thank you so much for adding these wonderful soundtracks. duke nukem's score has got to be some of the all time greatest soundtracks ever to hit the video game medium! thank you for this!
- "Some of the Best" (by TheoX, 10 Mar 2009) [10/10]
I played this a long time ago and didn't remember that the music was this good! Robert Prince at his best! (and Lee Jackson, but I like the former better because of DOOM)
- "Totally awesome!" (by Big Mo, 28 Dec 2009) [10/10]
Some of the best game music ever made. Lee Jackson & Bobby Prince really did their best here. I couldn't rate this else than 10/10.
My personal favorites are the Theme, Stalker and Space Storm.
- "One of the best game soundtracks from the '90s" (by iLikeTheUDK, 17 Jul 2012) [7/10]
It does sound a bit bad in a few places, mainly Episode 3, but otherwise a great soundtrack
I still wish it had the extended version of Grabbag which was rendered to a VOC file by Lee Jackson (it has a solo in it and does not loop).
- "Duke Nukem 3D" (by Limp_Lenny, 14 Jan 2014) [9/10]
Hey! Thank you very much for uploading DK's music. Most tracks sound just like I heard them when playing the game, which is rarely the case with old games in which the music would play differently from one computer to another.
- "Balls of steel" (by Argento, 11 Oct 2020) [9/10]
It has also the atomic edition tracks. Worth checking it out...you know.

Facts / description
Tracks 01-30 are from original Duke Nukem 3D game.
Tracks 31-42 are from the "Duke Nukem 3D Atomic Edition" with one additional
episode, released later on CD.
Thanks to Mark McWane and his Duke Nukem 3D music remakes site
http://www.markmcwane.com/music-dukenukem.html I found
the correct names of the music trakcks.
Info from crumby2:
It should be noted than most of Jackson Lee's .mids (Bobby Prince ones
are unaffected) contains additional tracks (meant for non-GM soudcards)
which may produce anomalies when played with a regular midi player
(outside of the game sound engine).
Like the author of the topic below, i myself edited the incrimined files
for my personal collection (the unwanted tracks are easy to locate).

Also programs which support reading from txt files (such as KBMedia Player) can read the info.txt file directly while playing tunes of all formats!
